Robert Andruchow
Creative Director
Robert plays a leadership role in the design community through his work, teaching and research.
Robert has his Masters and Bachelors of Design from the University of Alberta and has been teaching credit courses part-time at the University since 2001. For 12 years, Robert has used his knowledge of the latest communications and design research to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
Since 2006, Robert has overseen all aspects of VisCom Design, including the launch of dozens of major websites; the launch of 2 new magazines - Union and Alberta Wild; creative direction and design for over 40 publications and marketing materials; and, creative direction and design for 2 provincial election campaigns for the Alberta NDP and their 83 candidates.

Tina Faiz
Web & Communications Strategist
Tina is an award-winning web and communications strategist, with 10 years experience in the field. Tina's achievements include a media campaign that pressured the provincial government to invest millions in Alberta's social services sector; an eCampaign tool that raised thousands of dollars for the Alberta NDP in a provincial election; and a web strategy that quadrupled traffic to the U of A Faculty of Engineering website in six months.
Tina has consulted federal government departments, media, labour and not-for-profit organizations on communications plans, media relations and web strategy.
Tina was a delegate to the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva, and remains active in the field of eDemocracy.
She regularly makes presentations about web strategy, most recently at Leadership Edmonton. Tina also produces and writes about politics and the environment. Her work has appeared in the Edmonton Journal, The National Post, CBC Radio and CBC.ca.
